Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation, and included in the total checkout calculated price of your order.
Delivery times
Typically, and depending on your location (near or far) delivery times vary, but they surely will occur within 10 working days of us receiving your payment authorization and cleared funds. In some cases the estimated delivery time frame will be longer, for example where items are made to order. From time to time the delivery of “customized” specific items (personalized per order items) may exceed our usual 10 working day delivery window for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us/left facility with carrier.
Risk/loss/damage in reference to the ordered product/s passes to you at time of delivery once the item is delivered to the designated address. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery occurs.
Delivery methods & locations
We work with a number of delivery partners including USPS, UPS, Fed Ex and some other 3rd party courier companies. Your order will be delivered safely and efficiently to the delivery address provided by you at the time of the sale.
We deliver most products USA-wide. In some cases, we will only be able to deliver products in metropolitan areas. This notification of such will appear after entering your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any orders for international delivery at this time.
Delivery failure
It is important that you verify that your information entered is correct, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, and we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong delivery address information.
Returns Policy
If for an acceptable reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible that it may be returned for an exchange or refund within 10 days, however the returned item must be in its original condition, and in its original packaging sent to you.
We guarantee to replace, exchange, or refund any purchased goods that are delivered to you damaged or faulty. This guarantee requires you to inform us immediately of the problem. We will not honor such a damage or faulty item complaint after 24hrs of delivery confirmation. Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer unless item arrives damaged, in which if the package is clearly damaged, then the package should be refused, or a claim must be immediately filed with the carrier, and photos clearly depicting such damage/s are taken and submitted to us and the carrier within 24hrs.
Incorrectly described goods
We guarantee to exchange or refund any goods that do not match the description on our website. This guarantee requires you to inform us immediately of the problem. Shipping costs for returned goods are normally the responsibility of the customer, however if the wrong item was received, and we are notified timely, then we will be happy to send a postage prepaid label for immediate return of the incorrect product.
Goods that cannot be returned
Products that have been used or damaged subsequent to the delivery date and time cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever.
